It’s straightforward. Vibranium Energy batteries are designed for durability. We stand behind our workmanship. If there’s an error in manufacturing your battery, we will either repair it or replace it.
Vibranium Energy provides an 11-year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase [details available here]. On average, a Vibranium Energy Iron Phosphate battery lasts about 2,000 recharge cycles, which translates to approximately 5 to 10 years with proper use as specified (refer to the battery specifications). This warranty does not cover neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear. If the battery is found to have been used incorrectly, a repair fee of $150 per hour, plus parts and shipping costs, will apply.
Vibranium Energy 12V to 48V batteries are not designed or covered under warranty for series wiring applications that exceed 48V
To initiate a warranty claim, please reach out to the original point of purchase. The battery may need to be returned to us (Vibranium Energy) for further evaluation.

The warranty is valid only for the original owner and cannot be transferred.
Warranties allow for the exchange of a component just one time.
Customers are responsible for return shipping on all returns or warranty inspections of components. Vibranium Energy will refund shipping costs for eligible returns. Please be aware that certain battery returns may necessitate special documentation and packaging, which could incur additional fees to ensure compliance with lithium battery shipping regulations. For return shipping, we recommend using a local shipping service such as FedEx or the UPS Store.
If you experience a quality issue with a product, please reach out to support for assistance in diagnosing the problem. If a product fails to meet our high quality standards, we will provide a replacement component or repair the original at no extra charge. Replacement components will be sent only after we receive your returned item and complete an inspection to identify the cause of the issue. Vibranium Energy is not responsible for return shipping costs.
The warranty does not cover DIY modifications or damage resulting from severe negligence or misuse.

For all returns, Vibranium batteries must be shipped in sturdy, specially labeled boxes with static-free wrapping, in accordance with DOT and FAA regulations. All battery returns need to be packaged in UN-certified boxes and follow federal requirements. You can find suitable packaging at your local UPS Store or FedEx/Kinkos.
